I left town for a few days. My first day back on the sand the wind was howling, a storm was blowing in and I was cold. I almost stopped my run after 10 minutes.
It was then I came across a lighter on the beach. I took it as a sign. "Don't be such a wussy if your gonna freeze here's a lighter and and start a fire, until then keep running."
I ran for another 2.5 hours. For the past 3 weeks I've been watching the Pelicans fly south . Today they were going against the cross wind headed North. I found serenity watching the sea birds on this windy day.
